This hotel features fantastic and friendly staff with a great attitude, along with a favorable and magnificent location that's not too far from the Sleepy Poet Antiques Mall.

In love with large rooms even with the window. The food was good and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. The staff was lovely friendly, providing a good service🙂😃

I had a really nice experience at Bluebell Hotel. It’s a cozy and clean place with superbly friendly staff. the location is excellent for exploring nearby bars and cafés, and it's conveniently within walking distance to a market and a convenience store right across the street.

Fantastic hotel with free Wi-Fi. the location was marvelous in the heart of the Old Quarter. - Not far from the cathedral, lake, and center of the Old Town by St Joseph's Cathedral.

Whenever I visit, the staff greets me with a cold drink, a sweet relief in the heat. This place simply suits me - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, laundry, TV room, electric kettle, express check-in/out. No pets. Air conditioning. Smoking allowed. Can't wait for New Year!

This place is in a great spot, pretty close to the Old City Gate. There are a few cool spots in the center that you can easily reach with just a nice walk from here.

This place has a fantastic location right next to the cathedral and close to all the backpacker restaurants. There’s a nice variety of tasty options for breakfast. the staff here are excellent and super polite. 😊.

the room was kept clean and had a hot shower. the room had big windows that let in natural light. 3. There were extra pillows available for added comfort. 4. the hotel is conveniently located close to main sights, the train station, cute cafes, street food vendors, and city attractions.

Affordable, central and friendly. Free wifi and water-cooker in the room, and a canal view that doesn't exist. The manager was a gem and took me for a traditional Vietnamese breakfast. Loved it!

They tried to charge me more when I arrived, must've thought I'm an idiot.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home right away. The room is clean and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The wifi works well and the hot shower has excellent water pressure even on the top floor. The location is perfect, central yet quiet. Totally recommended!
